14. Plantation Crepe
The raw rubber is the collective name of unsoplastic and mixed rubber. It is the most fundamental raw material for making rubber, including what natural rubber and synthetic rubber. Our daily raw rubber base is abrasion. The bottom is after treatment, but the appearance is just like raw glue. It is a mistake we agreed.
The plastic effect of raw glue is poor, with low hardness, density, easy wear and break; the characteristics of cooked glue are just the opposite, and the abrasion resistance and toughness are better. Cooked glue is widely used, such as car tires; raw glue is only used to make low -end daily necessities, such as slippers.
15. PC Sole
Polycarbonate (PC) resin is a well -performed thermoplastic engineering plastic. It has outstanding impact resistance. Creep resistance and size stability are good. The only product in engineering plastics with good transparency is also the fastest -growing general engineering plastics in recent years.
The PC bottom has the characteristics of good weather resistance, appearance beauty, impact resistance, high light transmission rate, and strong plasticity.
16.ABS Bottom(commonly used)
Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene, acrylic-butadiene-phenyl, component.
ABS engineering plastics are generally opaque, with light ivory, non -toxic, tasteless, both tough, hard, and rigid characteristics. The burning is slow, the flame is yellow, there are black smoke, and the plastic softened and burnt after burning. Cinnamon smell, but no melting and dripping phenomenon.
ABS- is the material of high heels, expensive and hard. Essence
Advantages: It has excellent comprehensive performance, excellent impact strength, good size stability, electrical performance, abrasion resistance, anticicial drug properties, chromatability, and good molding and mechanical processing.
Disadvantages: The heat deformation temperature is low, combustible, and poor weather resistance.
17. PE bottom
PE Plastic (polyethylene), English name: PolyEthylene.
Ectological, electrical insulation (especially high -frequency insulation) is excellent, rigidity, hardness and strength, small water absorption, good electrical properties and radiation resistance.
PE bottoms are soft, elongated, impact strength, and permeability; fat resistance, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance are better.
18. PP bottom
PP plastic (polypropylene), English name: PolyPropylene.
It is a linear polymer with high density, non -side chain, and high crystalline, with excellent comprehensive performance. When it is not color, it is translucent and waxy; it is lighter than polyethylene. The transparency is also better than polyethylene, which is harder than polyethylene
PP's sole density is small, with good strength, stiffness, hardness, and heat resistance; it has good electrical properties and high -frequency insulation, not affected by humidity and corrosion resistance. However, it becomes crispy at low temperature, is not wear -resistant, easy to age, and is easy to break down under specific conditions.
19, SBR bottom
The Styrene Butadiene Rubber is a polymer elastic body material combined by clustering reactions with butadiene and styrene. The quality is uniform and pure, and the impurities are mixed with less. Can be dissolved in organic solvents such as benzene, toluene, gasoline, chloroform. The unsaturated dual bonds in the butadiene rubber molecules and vulcanizers form an cross -linking mesh structure by replacing or bonus reactions. The t -peyl sulfid gums that are reinforced by the tonic agent have high physical and mechanical properties. The vulcanization speed of butadhen benzene -butynone rubber is slow.
20. Shooting Films
It is also known as outsole bracket, super support, anti -twist and shock absorption effect. Generally, it can be divided into three types:
A.The carbon fiber material is shot: hardness and density are high.
B. Material shooting film: It is a relatively soft material
C.Slightly emit PVC: Generally used to make small logo trademarks. Classification and characteristics of title shoe material.
21. Other Classes
SBR, TPR, ABS, and PVC/EVA/PU rebate materials and other mixed materials; cork, wooden bottom, hemp, wool spinning, etc.
Common sole price (except leather sole)
PVC is the cheapest
TPR. EVA is cheaper,
PU = TPRX2 times more,
Md = TPRX4 times more,
MD air cushion = TPRX more than 4 times,
PU air cushion = TPRX4-6 times more
Common sole skid resistance from good to general sort
Rubber bottom beef tendon bottom PVC bottom TPR bottom EVA bottom polyurethane base.
Our soles of our shoe is mainly rubber, beef tendon (Jin), polyurethane bottom, high heels are ABS
