21 kinds of sole materials(1)

1. Leather SoleUsing Less)

The leather sole is a sole that can automatically breathe and drive the foot breathing. It has good breathability and does not stuffy feet. It can automatically release the absorbed sweat to keep the feet dry. The leather soles are mainly cowhide, and the price is relatively high.

Its advantages are easy to shape, unchanged, fit, good elasticity, can reduce impact and not easy to fatigue, ventilation, moisture absorption, etc., while easy to process, the shape is easy to show beauty. The texture is not easy to be pierced, but it is easy to warp or rot after being soaked by water and oil.

Its main characteristics:

1) There is a good thermal insulation to ensure the appropriate temperature in the shoes

2) Light weight, the weight per square centimeter is 0.95 ~ 1.05 grams, exactly the same as the density of water. It can be waterproof and releases moisture when the shoes are no longer humid to ensure that the shoes are in a comfortable state.

3) The unique three -dimensional fiber structure, the sole is not broken when the sole is bent at 180 degrees. Being able to adapt to the shape of the foot quickly can effectively support the impact of the ground, which is more effectively protecting the feet than the soles of other materials of the same thickness.

2. Rubber Sole (RB) Using Most)

RB is the abbreviation of English Rubber (rubber); hot pressure shaping, divided into natural rubber and recycled rubber. The quality is heavy, not oil -tolerant, and the mold must be rough when the bottom is made. It is easy to shorten when heated, and the color is inconsistent.

Advantages: good abrasion resistance, non -slip, elasticity, not easy to break, good softness, good extension, stable contraction, good hardness, good curvature, good waterproof.

Disadvantages: heavier, easy to vomit cream (with quality problems), not easy to corrode (environmental protection issues); not hard, easy to be tied; poor breathability, hygroscopicity, afraid of oil soaking, should not be in contact with oil at car gas stations Local wear.

With other synthetic products

Rubber foaming weight is lighter than the rubber bottom and has a rubber flavor. On time with your fingers, the surface rebound is obvious than the general sole.

High -voltage polyethylene rubber soles are used with high -voltage polyethylene and rubber -flavored main ingredients, rubber and plastic.

The bottom of the raw glue: heavy quality, more expensive, not oil resistance, heat resistance. Discoloration.

3, Polyhydroxer Sole (PU Sole) (More use on summer shoes or flying shoes)

Polyurethane is the abbreviation of polystamate. The English name is Polyurethane. It is a polymer material, which is made of A/B/C polycatis. It is an emerging organic polymer material, known as the "fifth largest plastic" for making high-end leather shoes, sports shoes, tourism shoes, etc. There are also less injection.

Advantages: low density, soft texture, good elasticity, comfortable and lightweight wearing: good oxidation resistance, excellent abrasion resistance, deflection resistance, high hardness; excellent shock absorption, non -slip performance; better temperature resistance; Good resistance to chemical resistance is easy to corrode and facilitate environmental protection, and it is not easy to wrinkle.

Disadvantages: Strong water absorption, yellowing and changing, easy break, poor extension, impact resistance, prone to rotten, poor breathability.

4. EVA Sole (commonly known as foam base)

Ethylene vinyl acetate-ethyl acetate cluster, polymer material.

It is often used on beach shoes, sandals, slippers, etc., jogging, slow steps, casual shoes, foot training shoes.

Most of Antas products are made of soles from this material,

Advantages: lightweight, elasticity, flexible, not easy to wrinkle, comfortable and waterproof and wear -resistant, have excellent coloring, suitable for all kinds of qi.

Disadvantages: Easy to absorb water, not easy to corrodes and adversely, environmental protection, prone to dirty, and poor non -slip.

5, MD Sole (commonly known as: Huailong Dalong)

The collective name of the Model or Phylon Flying Dragon belongs to the second high -voltage molding product of EVA. The MD soles must contain EVA, and the MD bottom is also called the PHYLON bottom. For example, MD = EVA+RB or EVA+RB+TPR, and some shoes are RB+PU, etc.

The bottom is a rubber film, and the upper layer is high -bomb EVA, that is, non -slip and light. At present, first -class brands at home and abroad use this base material

Such high -top shoes are more suitable!

Advantages: lightweight, elastic, fine appearance, and good softness; easy to clean; hardness, density, tension, tearing, extension rate is good, and the warmth performance is better.

Disadvantages: It is not easy to corrode and is not conducive to environmental protection. It is easy to wrinkle and shrink at high temperatures. Poor durability. After a long period of use, the shock absorption power will be reduced and the breathability is poor.

6. TPR Sole (more use, cheap shoes, can be used as injection foundation)

TPR was originally a broad name, including TPV, SEBS, SBS, TPO, TPU, EVA and other products. TPR sole mainly refers to the common name of SBS modified shoe materials (one of the application of TPR material). TPR shoe material special material is a new type of polymer shoe material produced by thermoplastics SBS. It has rubber performance and can be processed and recycled according to thermoplastic plastic. The way of blowing molding is made into rubber products. After the TPR granules are hot -melt -melt, the mold is molded, and the molecule movement is launched in the formation.

Advantages: Easy to shape and cheap; have the characteristics of lightness, comfort, high elasticity, easy to stick, good breathability, high strength, etc., especially the low temperature resistance, high friction coefficient, strong force.

Disadvantages: heavy material, poor abrasion (not abrasion resistance), poor softness, poor curvability (discount resistance), poor shock absorption ability, poor breathability.
