Making shoes is a complex process that involves multiple steps and processes.
Here is the basic process for making shoes:
1.Design and prototyping: The designer draws the design of the shoes according to the creativity, and then produces the prototype shoes. This step may include the use of computer aided design (CAD) software to create detailed drawings.
2.Select materials: According to the design requirements, select the appropriate upper materials (such as leather, fabric, etc.), sole materials (such as rubber, EVA, etc.) and other accessories.
3.Cutting: Cutting the upper material to the corresponding shape and size according to the design drawing. This can be done by traditional manual cutting or by modern automatic cutting machines.
4.Processing: Processing of the cut shoe face, such as printing, embroidery, peeling, fitting inside, etc.
5.Needle cart: Use a sewing machine to stitch the different shoe face pieces together to form a complete upper.
6.Underloading: The sole components are bonded together by treating agent and glue .
7.Forming: the upper and outsole of the car are bonded together by treating agent and glue, and then a complete shoe is made through the forming mechanism.
8.Finishing and packaging: The final finishing of the finished shoes, such as cleaning, painting, waxing, etc., is then packaged and ready for sale.
That's the basic process for making shoes. It should be noted that different shoes may have different production details and technical requirements.
